Artificial Intelligence Policy

TrialGrid Ltd may use Large Language Models (LLMs) and other artificial intelligence / machine learning solutions in the development of its products, the running of its operations and to power features of its products used by customers.

Note

Customers may choose to disable AI features if they do not wish to use them.

Sharing of Customer Data

When using AI as the basis of features provided to customers all client data remains under the control of TrialGrid Ltd and its hosting providers. This means all AI systems and models must be hosted on systems provided by approved vendors and subject to the provisions of our Information Security Policy.

No customer data shall be shared with any 3rd party under any agreement that permits the 3rd party to incorporate that customer data into its training sets or to improve its products.

Use of Customer Data for AI Training

TrialGrid Ltd will not use customer data for the training of LLMs or other AI products nor will it allow 3rd parties to use TrialGrid Ltd customer data for such purposes.

Use of AI in Product Features

LLMs may be used to provide product features to customers. It is not our policy to enable AI systems to make autonomous decisions impacting customer data. Customers may choose to execute the recommendation of an AI but the system will not perform actions automatically.
