For studies with 'By Site' Subject ID Generation, a subject created during a test run is renamed by the Vault (from the temporary SCR-#### id to the configured format) once a rule moves it to In Screening. Test runs now detect that rename and continue using the new subject name, so later steps that add events or enter data no longer fail with 'subject not found'. |
