URL Teams
The URL Teams page provides a listing of all users that have accounts in the URL and their URL-level permissions.
A user may have a role in a Project without having any URL-level permissions.
URL permissions control whether a user may:
Modify the URL Core Configuration
Create or Modify Labels for this URL
Create Projects
Delete Projects
Create Libraries (Projects which are set as Libraries)
Delete Libraries
Add or Modify Metadata (Custom Properties)
Add or Modify Document Templates
Add or Modify Custom Diagnostics
Add or remove users from Projects (Users permission).
The "Users" permission grants a user the ability to:
See all Projects in the URL regardless of who owns the Project or the Project View-All settings
Invite or remove users from Project teams within the URL.
The "Manager" permission is a super-user permission which grants all permissions and the ability to:
Change URL level permissions for other users
See all Projects in the URL regardless of who owns the Project or the Project View-All settings
Modify the Project Role definitions
Typically, one or more users will be granted Manager permissions on the creation of the URL. These users can then set the URL-level permissions of the other users in the URL.
