Custom Object Listings
A Draft may have listings of custom objects which have been defined at the url level.
A list of custom objects may be searched for text appearing in any of the columns.
The columns which appear in the listing are defined by the properties defined for the custom object type but the first column is always an identifier for the custom object which is generated from one or more of the other properties defined for the object.
For example if a custom object defined for specifications had a name and a version number then the identifier could be the name of the object or a combination of the name and version number depending on how the custom object was defined.
Generating Documents
If your URL has Document Templates defined for Custom Objects, a "Documents" entry appears in the "Actions" menu above the list. The generated document receives the Custom Objects you have selected with the row checkboxes, and those matching whatever search and filters are active, so a report can cover just the part of the list you are looking at.
