Field List

A Draft has an associated list of Fields which can be accessed from the Draft Objects table on the Draft home page, or for a specific Form from the Form list.

The Variable OID will be displayed next to the Field OID if they are different, otherwise the Variable OID will not be displayed. Hovering over the Field OID will display the Field Label in a tooltip.

The Fields list can be filtered by any combination of:

• One or more Properties (eg. 'SDV', 'Log', 'Query Future Date')

• TSDV Tier (if a TSDV Configuration has been loaded for the Project)

• A text search

Important

Exporting the Fields list to pdf may result in columns being cut off at the right hand side of the page. To workaround this you can export to Excel and/or you can choose which columns are displayed and exported to reduce the number of columns.

Generating Documents

If your URL has Document Templates defined for Fields, a "Documents" entry appears in the "Actions" menu above the list. The generated document receives the Fields you have selected with the row checkboxes, and those matching whatever search and filters are active, so a report can cover just the part of the list you are looking at.
