Form Property Sheets

If custom property sheets have been defined for your role these will be shown as tabs on the Form list page.

Property sheets provide a spreadsheet-like view of all Forms in a single table. The columns which are available in the sheet are defined for the sheet and the Role so not all attributes of Forms may be shown. Some columns may also be read-only for a particular Role and Roles which have no permission to edit objects will see a read-only view of the Forms.

Note

The Link Folder and Link Form columns reference Folders and Forms by OID within the same Draft. When editing these values the referenced Folder or Form must already exist in the Draft (or be added in the same batch of changes) before the sheet can be saved.
